Jane B was our server and she was so much fun and gave my friend an awesome recommendation for food. She doesn’t like ramen and Jane was able to suggest something she could enjoy. The drinks were delicious, the apps were delicious, the ramen was top tier. The prices were also reasonable. We will be back!!!

Came here for our weekly date night and we had a pretty good time. We ordered the marrow crab, lamb chop yakitori, tonkotsu ramen, and tsukemen ramen. I think the marrow crab was a little over hyped, it was still good and I am happy that we ordered it, but I don't think I'll order it again. The lamb chops were alright, a litttle more well-done than I am used to, but still pretty tasty. The tonkotsu ramen was above average and filling. The tsukemen was strange. This may be my own preference, but I was expecting the dipping broth to have a strong dashi flavor, but this was not the case. The dipping broth tasted like a slightly more concentrated version of the tonkotsu broth and felt very greasy. I would not recommend the tsukemen. The atmosphere was excellent. Both my partner and I loved the wood furnishing and felt quite comfortable despite the fact the restaurant was very busy. The service was outstanding, when we told the waitress that this was our first time here, she explained the full menu and gave a number of recommendations in each section.

Bf and I stopped in here for date night tonight and had a nice time. I do want to note that we came on a Friday night and it was crowded with people being relegated to outside—make sure to reserve if you want to sit inside during peak hours. We tried a few unique shareables that we saw on the menu, the Bone Marrow Crab and the Lamb Chop yakitori. The bone marrow crab was for sure an interesting eat and was worth trying, but I did think it could use more flavor — perhaps some lemon, ponzu, soy sauce etc. The lamb chop yakitori was just some lamb chops with alright flavor. I’d be interested in maybe trying the okra bacon ones next time. I got tonkotsu ramen and my bf got tsukemen. My tonkotsu was pretty average, though I thought the chashu was cooked perfectly. The ramen was a bit thinner and denser than normal noodles and I wish they could’ve absorbed more broth. Bf seemed like he felt average about his dish and mentioned there wasn’t much dashi taste in his dipping broth, and that it just tasted like cooked down tonkotsu broth. Overall though, we had an enjoyable experience here. Perhaps average or above but not spectacular.

Here’s a tighter version that still covers everything: ⸻ Went to Wabi House for happy hour with a friend. We tried the sake bomb, edamame, and shrimp dumplings. For mains, we both had spicy miso ramen (one pork broth, one chicken). I liked the spice, but it was pretty oily. The meat (mostly ground pork) was sunk at the bottom, unlike other ramen bowls where it’s on top and easier to mix. Service was okay, got a wrong extra item at first, and the “spicy” edamame wasn’t spicy and took a while to fix. Overall, I still enjoyed it, just not my favorite. The outdoor seating is really nice.

Excellent experience. We got here right before happy hour ended, and the happy hour menu has some really great options. Our waitress Shalimar knew the menu really well. Her recommendations were spot on and definitely hit the spot. Make sure to ask for dragon style of you want it REAL spicy. Shalimar was nice enough to mention that. Didn't have room for dessert. Will definitely go back here again. Just remember parking is not easy.
